Aquatech Consultancy, Inc. (ACI) is a multi-service building envelope consulting firm. We combine design and construction professionals with expertise in construction, waterproofing design & installation, architecture, engineering, and litigation. Together with architects, developers, contractors, and attorneys, we provide detailed on-site evaluation, report production, document review, testing, inspection, and litigation support for every phase of design & construction. In pursuit of our mission, we assist all professionals with issues related to the evaluation, resolution, and prevention of water intrusion.

Good design is an important part of preventing moisture issues. Aquatech provides design support services such as detailing, writing specifications, drafting, and building science application. We regularly collaborate with architects, contractors, developers, and other consultants to provide working solutions to difficult problems. These solutions are based on years of experience gained from evaluating, investigating, and correcting failed assemblies. Our multi-disciplinary design team provides product recommendations and design solutions from a variety of perspectives ranging from sequencing, construction, and ease of installation to durability, price point, and aesthetics.
