Since we thoroughly refurbish the existing windows without removing the actual window frames from the building envelope, savings are realized by eliminating the associated construction costs, as well as the cost of the new windows. When windows fail, it is usually the result of poorer quality hardware (balances, locks, etc.), glass or materials (sealant, weather stripping, etc.). The replacement hardware, glass, and materials we use are better than those typically used in new replacement windows.

Window Services, Inc. specializes in commercial window repair. We work with building owners, property managers, architects, and commercial window manufacturers, in both the public and private sectors to restore existing windows to their original condition or better. Window Services, Inc. was founded in 1990 by John Paquette. John began work in the commercial window industry over 30 years ago, spending the first 10 years working for a commercial window manufacturer. It was the knowledge and insights gained in those first 10 years that sparked the creation of Window Services.
