I went there for a casement window repair, and I must say, the owners (1) had me send pictures via email and (2) searched for the part themselves, (3) came back to me within 24 hours and (4) offered me the part for free. I cannot say enough about this place. I have worked with some very bad and some very good contractors and storefronts, and THIS IS THE BEST PLACE FOR WINDOW AND WINDOW REPLACEMENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HANDS DOWN!

Mike & Paul were awesome in helping me replace 3 windows that our home builder installed and acquired elsewhere. They took the time to measure, get serial #s and order from the manufacturer. Best of all they got the manufacturer to replace them at no cost and they didn't even charge me for their service! Thank you guys, you're the best!

I walk in with an old peg screen believing it was beyond repair and said I needed to replace the folded over screen I was holding, plus one more. I thought this folded over screen was only good for measurements but I was wrong. Only one day later, Atlantic Window had repaired the screen I carried in and had a brand new screen ready to go. They actually saved me money as the repair was 40% of cost of new screen. Fast, friendly, efficient, and honest; what's not to like! If I ever have windows to replace, I know where to go.
