Back porch 24 w x 15 h porch. We roofed it with Driftwood shingles and installed vinyl soffits on the ceiling. The color was sand and we wrapped all post in white it turned out nice the homeowner was very happy.
Extensive joist damage and wood rot on a recent home. We had to remove the old rubber membrane roof and make new joist next to the old joist. Next we installed new roof decking, fiber board and.60 mil rubber membrane roof and reset soffit and fascia under the eaves.
We completed a house in Rolling hills with a two tone look. Colors used were Mastic Cedar siding dbl 4.5 traditional and three inch outside white corners and trimmed out fascia boards with white coil stock. Also installed white six inch gutters with Sure-flo gutter gaurd.
