Super thrilled with my experience at NW Audio, I called around to many different places to get estimates and was either met with someone who had no idea what they were talking about, or just sounded inconvenienced by having to answer my questions. This was not the case at NW Audio, the guy on the phone was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The actual installation process was smooth and easy, and only took 2 hours! The man behind the counter even walked us outside, showed us how to operate the remote start, and answered our questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for remote start!
I had some trouble with my remote start that was installed a few years ago at this location. I called and made an appointment and they had me fixed up in less than 20 minutes.
