Had my home inspected before I bought a house. Come to find out the electricity is completely shot. The roof needed to be replaced and wasnt properly vented or installed and there is asbestos in the attic. When I called the owner he was a complete jack-@$$. Treated me like I was screwing him out of something. Find someone else. Anyone else would be better
