Lloyd and Betty Ludtke purchased B & W Glass in 1974; their sons Larry, Tom and Doug continued the family tradition, with Tom serving as president. They were joined in 1999 by Ryan Ludtke as the third generation. Between three generations of the Ludtke family and B & W's seasoned employees, nearly everyone in the company has 10-20 years or more experience in windows and doors.
