A retrofit installation of a new vinyl window or door entails: installing a new window in the existing window frame of your home. The existing frame stays intact while we remove the old glass. The new energy efficient window unit fits inside the existing frame. Once the retrofit window is secured in place, we insulate the gap between the new window and the existing frame with a low expansion insulating foam. Included is an interior trim that trims between the new window and the drywall. All the appropriate caulking is used for proper installation.
