Artscape, Inc. located in Portland, Oregon, specializes in the designing and manufacturing of decorative and privacy window films. In 1995, president Thomas Hicks, a native of Portland with a background in commercial photography, began his vision for creating beautiful and affordable privacy solutions for windows that anyone could apply. As an artist, he envisioned making translucent artwork for windows that would solve common privacy and view concerns. For the next two and a halfyears he researched all the materials and technology necessary to get his desired results.
Our stained glass design Mesa features a lovely color palette with neutrals and pops of blue and green. Mesa is an abstract design suggestive of a rocky landscape that will add an artistic touch to any room.
