I have been with this company for 7 yrs now and it is the greatest move I have ever made in my life. I have the South Louisiana and south Mississippi regions. We take care of our people here. An amature attempted a 4 door Installation in Dallas on behalf of Home Depot on Lemmon. The sub((contractor )) was not qualified to do the work. The qualified contractor was not able to make it on the installation day so they sent the amature instead. No drop cloths or attempts of any kind to protect my home resulting in damage. almost a month later, they have yet to correct the damage and door framing issues, amongst other install issues. Excuses abound, continue to reschedule and delay repairs. Unacceptable! They must pay for thier awards and accolades. Lesson learned. I could go on but I have already spent too much time and money waiting for resolution.
