Garth and Michelle Crisman's collective experience in the industry began in 1990 while working for a company in the Seattle area - in 1996 a mutual love for Whidbey Island prompted them to open Bayview Blinds as a home-based business in the Coupeville area. Eventually, in order to cover the needs of every client, they began offering a full service solution, which included opening a repair shop in Oak Harbor in 2008.
