I have used Dallas Custom Roofing for several of my rentals' roof replacement projects. Allan is very knowledgeable and professional. He is the most responsive, responsible, and reliable contractor I've ever worked with. He guided me through the whole claim process, talked to the insurance company, communicated with the tenants, and replaced the roofs with the best roofing material and the best warranty.
The clean up was impeccable. After the installation, he even scheduled the city inspection for me without me lifting a finger! He and his brother Nathan would go the extra mile to make sure every little detail of the project is covered and done in perfection! Most companies talk to you because they want your business, but they disappear after they take your money. Not Allan! He still answered my questions by emails and texts, and took care of the minor repairs several years after the original replacement.
I know I won't be left alone to deal with any issues with the roofs. I can always count on Allan and his crew. I have never left a review for any company, but I think Dallas Custom Roofing deserves a shout out!! I can't say enough good things about this company.

Dallas Custom Roofing has replaced not only my roof but the roof on my parent's house and my brother's house. Don't trust the door-to-door salesmen that come after the storms. The guys at Dallas Custom Roofing took great care of my family and finished promptly and were there every step of the way. They have my repeat business as well as my referrals 100%!

I've worked with many contractors and Dallas Custom roofing is hands down the best! They are extremely responsive, patient and courteous. After a significant hail damage we are in need of a new roof, Allan was there to point out all damages (including the minor ones that we don't see) to the insurance adjuster and ensure we get properly reimbursed for all the damages. and he patiently walked us through the whole process. we can not be happier with his service.

After the hail storm two weeks ago I feared my roof was compromised. A friend suggested giving these guys a call, so I did. Prompt, thorough, couldn't be more satisfied with my new roof.

I'll let you be the judge:
3/24 (Th): Contacted Dallas Custom Roofing, setup inspection appointment for 3/27 (Su) around noon to 1 pm. Promised to call before coming.
3/27 (Su): Did not come during the appointment time block, did not receive any phone call or text about a delay. Contacted them at 2:24 pm because I had to leave the house via text, received a call back within 2 minutes indicating they are running late.
I gave them permission to inspect my roof without me at home and they promised will contact me for a report after the inspection.
3/28 (M): Nothing.
3/29 (Tu): Contacted them via text at 10:43 am to check if they have completed the inspection. Did not get back to me until 4:02 pm, I missed the call due to a meeting. Did not leave a message, did not reply to my text on the status.
3/30 (W): Nothing. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because they got back to me very quickly when they missed the appointment time block.
