When you order custom barn doors or furniture from us, you will never have to worry about ordering the wrong size. We offer detailed measuring guides to take the guess work out of ordering the right items for your space. And we're available by phone and email to answer any questions that you might have.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of 20% applies to all orders and reservations cancelled within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the cancellation fee is 50%. These fees are based on your deposit amount and not the total invoice. The fees are to cover both administrative and material costs. Natural wood products will react to their environment in a similar fashion as a sponge. Seasonal changes can cause wood to retain or lose moisture and therefore expand and contract. These changes can be exacerbated in very dry and humid environments or abrupt changes in climate.

The Modern Panel Barn Door is highly customizable to suit styles such as traditional, transitional, and even minimalist. If you're looking for a more finished, modern and contemporary door, then we recommend this style. You can make this door unique by adding a plank design, adding a window, adjusting the position of the cross brace, or adding a pop of color. We build a lot of our furniture from pine but we don't just use any pine, we only use furniture grade pine. It is more expensive to purchase and it has to be milled which we do ourselves. Some builders, especially hobby builders, might be using lumber from a big box store or another lumber. Our preferred brand of interior wood stain is Old Masters and is included in the price of our Classic and Traditional Barn Doors as well as some of our Industrial barn door designs as well as most of our custom furniture. This is highly recommended product we use that offers a superior uniform stain color and beautiful end results. We use Sherwin Williams acrylic based paints for the majority of our products and they can color match most brands. When selecting a paint color, please provide us with the paint brand, color, and swatch number and we'll do the rest!

Prices include your choice of stain colors and sheen. Note: All benches ordered with a table are typically made 2″ shorter than the table so that the overall aesthetic is properly balanced. Most of our finishes involve a six or seven step process that we developed from John's extensive experience in the repair and restoration of fine antique furniture. We've further developed our applications to use "earth friendly" products with a low VOC that we feel offers the same durability as a manufactured finished but with less of a carbon footprint. With the exception of painted pieces, all details such as staining, rubbing, distressing and antiquing; most of our specialty finishes, are attended to by hand.
