International Door provides "SOFT" FAIL-SAFE reversing safety edge on leading edges of all motor operated doors. The "SOFT" FAIL-SAFE safety edge shall be electric and shall provide a minimum of 3 1/2" of over travel after actuation before a solid resistance is met. The safety edge shall be reliable 4-wire system continuously energized at low voltage, and shall operate through necessary relay, resistor and low voltage transformer etc. to stop the door on contact with an obstruction and instantly reverse the direction of travel of the door to full open position.
IDI canopy doors are available for use in areas where side room clearances do not permit bottom rolling type doors. Canopy doors provide for clear, unobstructed openings and are typically clad with 14 gauge exterior face sheets and 16 gauge interior face sheets.
International Door manufactures sliding doors for areas with minimal headroom. Available as top hung doors or bottom rolling doors IDI sliding doors are an excellent choice for your project's requirements. IDI top hung sliding door incorporate a top track system with heavy duty carriers/rollers and are available for single leaf, bi-parting or multiple leaf unidirectional applications. IDI sliding doors can be manually operated or furnished with IDI motor operators and control systems to suit your project's specifications.
IDI turnover doors are an excellent choice for industrial door openings where headroom limitations will not allow for the installation of a standard vertical lift door. The IDI turnover door is manufactured to our exacting standards and will serve you and your customer for many years with minimal maintenance.
