This is absolutely the worst company that I've had to deal with...please save yourself the trouble and find another window company. The owner Jakub has 0 ethics....I've purchased my windows in July, they took my payment, but never ordered the windows until September, and because of it my 40K windows for my new construction were delayed by 6 months...it wasn't until the January until I've received my windows. I've been lied to that my windows were shipped but they were not, I will be more thank happy to share all the proof I've gathered. Zero communication, this company SHOULD NOT be in business....I will take other actions to held them responsible for their shady business practices. If I could I would give them 0 stars...you should be ashamed of yourself for treating your customers

Ordered unbelievable Oknoplast windows for a new construction single family home and they arrived earlier than expected and for a great price. Couldn't be happier with the purchase
Horrible service, go elsewhere! Ordered a door 7 months ago and yet to receive it. First they forgot to order it the first time, then it came in wrong, then finally once I got it the frosted glass it was scratched. Then again they forgot to reorder a replacement and now that I just told them refund me they said they don't do refunds. They admitted they made the mistake yet say they only do exchanges not refunds?!? How is that possible. I will be disputing these charges. They will not get anymore of my money. Btw, All the good reviews on this site are people that work there.
