Fred Throo is the founding principal of Fred Throo, Architect, P.C. He has twenty five years of architectural experience in residential and commercial design specializing in high end luxury estates on the East End on Long Island. He is a New York State licensed architect and maintains NCARB certification having provided services for completed projects in New York, Massachusetts and Florida. He is a member of the Peconic Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and has established a strong network of consulting professionals through his affiliations and career.
