I could not have asked for better service from any other company. Andrew Hall was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He guided me through the daunting task of getting a new room that I had no experience in doing. With a roof line that is extremely steep, other contractors wouldn't even return my calls after seeing it. Not so for Bartlett. They had the experienced crew who could handle the tough job. The crew did a great job of protecting my property and the clean up was excellent. I highly recommend this company!

We love our new roof. The whole process from initial estimate to meeting with insurance adjuster and roofer together to installation that only took one day was smooth and very easy. Dan Wydner was great to work with and I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

These people have terrible communication. I was promised an old fashioned company with old fashioned values and have been flat out lied to on several occasions. We started this process in February and it still isn't complete yet. Highly unprofessional and not worth the struggle. Choose another company bottom line.
