The Architect is a professional who transforms your thoughts, wants and needs into reality through a process that distills the essence of your practical requirements, aesthetic desires and functional routines into an envelope of space that you call your own. In addition to this personal approach, the Architect has the practical knowledge of climatic conditions, zoning requirements and construction costs that will also influence the building design. It is the ability to take all aspects of the project and fuse them into a symbiotic whole that the Architect provides.

Architectural design, land planning, bidding and contract award, construction administration, feasiblity consultation, and much more. Our founder, John Olivieri (1956-1999), started our company designing beach houses on a drafting board in his garage. As more commissions came, the firm grew into offices in Cherry Hill and later Collingswood. Joined by partners Paul Kiss in 1986 and Dan Shousky in 1987, John evolved the firm into a regionally well known group with areas of expertise in shore and vacation homes, country estates, historic restorations and individually designed customized commercial work in banks, office buildings, and car dealerships.

Originally Built-in the 1800s, this Victorian mansion was in the same family for over 100 years. At the time our clients purchased the property the person who bought it from the original family was attempting to convert it to a bed and breakfast. However, there was much more work to do than their budget allowed so they ended up selling it to our client. The main part of the original house was, for the most part, in the original condition with original woodwork, doors, fixtures, and even wallpaper.
