Craig Polhamus Architect

Simply put, Craig Polhamus, AIA, delivers his professional services, on time and within budget. I was the claim manager at CNA Insurance, and later president of professional liability risk management, ltd., where he maintained his professional liability insurance for 15 years. He never had a claim in that time. His professional attention to detail, and keen knowledge of architecture, make him qualified for projects large and small, foreign and domestic. I have worked with Craig on mutual projects providing engineering along with Craig's architectural designs.

This method is based on years of experience in providing services to many types of clients. We provide a flexible team of highly specialized people who can work together to accomplish client goals and meet or exceed design expectations. This allows us to customize each project to the unique needs of each client.

Initial meeting between Architect, Builder, and/or Client to discuss options, project scope, etc. Preparation of a "Builder's Set" of construction drawings from preliminary design drawings that are suitable for loan approval, construction, and municipal approvals such as a building permit.
