WV Board Of Landscape Architects

The mission of the West Virginia State Board of Landscape Architects is to protect the health, safety interest and welfare of the public and to provide for the regulation of landscape architecture in this state. The Board is composed of three members, two landscape architects and one lay person. Appointed by the Governor and with the advice and consent of the Senate, members serve for staggered terms of three years. Jason Testman, PLA, LEED AP BD+C is the Landscape Architect and Landscape Division manager at TerraCare, Inc., a landscape construction and grounds maintenance company servicing the state of WV and surrounding areas.
