ArchPlan has stayed away from narrow specialization and has a wide range of competency in various types of buildings in many different approaches including new construction, rehabilitation, adaptive re-use and historic preservation. Although ArchPlan's biggest portfolio is in multifamily housing (affordable and market rate rental and condominiums), the firm is competent in retail, institutional, industrial, educational and transit buildings. We do not try to create an iconic style that "brands" our buildings but try to find the best solution for the clients' needs and the in which a building is placed.
