Grandview Towns is a new townhome development in Charlotte, NC located adjacent to the Camden Grandview apartments on South Boulevard in Charlotte, NC. The project has 28 "for rent" three-story townhomes each with individual garages and roof terraces that provide sweeping views of the Uptown Charlotte skyline.

This mixed-use development occupies the site of the former Pepsi Bottling plant in Charlotte's South End district. This building adds 432 apartments and more than 25,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space to the neighborhood. The building features a mixture of one and two bedroom units along with two-story loft style units. Residents enjoy amenities including large fitness rooms, a dog spa and multiple outdoor lounge areas including a large private pool courtyard. The apartments surround a parking deck that provides secure parking for residents and ample spaces for retail visitors, but easy access to and from the site is available by way of the adjacent New Bern Light Rail Station and the accompanying Rail Trail that runs along the property's edge.

Alta Warp + Weft added 261 apartments between Optimist Park, Villa Heights and NoDa neighborhoods along N. Brevard Street. The project site provides easy pedestrian access to the Blue Line Light Rail Extension. The project consists of five-stories of wood frame construction surrounding a 380-space precast concrete garage for secure resident parking. Tenants enjoy a spacious clubhouse with a kitchen/bar, lounge space and arcade gaming, all overlooking a grand "back porch" and the future Little Sugar Creek Greenway and Cross Charlotte Trail.
