We are an architecture firm dedicated to creating innovative and contextually responsive designs that prioritize simplicity, structural clarity, and human-centered spaces. Our work focuses on multifamily housing, residential architecture, and urban infill projects that address the evolving needs of city dwellers while enhancing community identity. With decades of experience, we combine rigorous design principles with a deep understanding of materiality and light to deliver buildings that are both functional and aesthetically uplifting. Our projects, primarily located in Washington, DC, demonstrate how thoughtful architecture can transform neglected urban areas into vibrant, livable neighborhoods. We approach each commission as a unique opportunity to solve specific challenges while maintaining a commitment to sustainability, privacy, and the well-being of inhabitants. Our dual role as architects and developers ensures our designs reflect real-world practicality alongside visionary thinking. Recognized with numerous awards, including multiple AIA honors and the Built by Women DC Award, our portfolio spans affordable housing, religious institutions, and mixed-use developments. We believe architecture should foster connection without compromising individuality, creating spaces that resonate with both residents and the broader urban environment.
