Established in March of 2007, swanson+stewart architects is a small, service-oriented architectural design firm located in Durham, North Carolina. Our practice is dedicated to the purpose of offering to our clients our full and personal attention to each project. In addition, we are dedicated to providing design solutions that minimize, as much as possible, our footprint on the Earth. While the firm is relatively new, we have over 60 years of combined experience. We are a LEED accredited member firm of the US Green Building Council, and HUB-certified with the state of North Carolina.
