Behind Miami's success & glowing international popularity, South Florida developed a unique enclave for architecture of the international style. The enclave in Miami was so unique it was later coined (MiMo), an acronym of "Miami Modernism". This raised residence in the Shorecrest Neighborhood uses Concrete Cantilevers to shade the exterior windows & walls- a technique we learned through our association with mid-century modernist Igor B. Polevitzky.
Our 27@ Lincoln Project employs one of the first Automated vehicle storage solutions in North America, filling a huge gap in the office market. “Miami is changing,” says Amanda De Seta, founder of LointerHome.
Fantastic job to LointerHome, who has brought focus to making single-family homes in the Grove more affordable, bringing office space closer and making workforce housing a reality. Glad to see a developer genuinely support the families that need help the most.
Thank you for having us be part of the January issue of Tropic, explaining the design of 3501 Avocado Avenue, Coconut Grove— A new home we spent a great time developing around a Specimen Oak Tree. Thank you Lloyd Jackson for explaining the architecture so eloquently!
