US Architects is a small architecture and design firm located in Yorktown, Indiana. Since our beginnings in 1984, we've placed a special emphasis on customer service, our #1 product. At US Architects, we do a lot of things besides architecture. Our training as architects gives us many related skills in areas such as graphic arts, computer rendering, problem solving, zoning negotiations, code interpretation, and a host of others. We welcome new and unexpected work opportunities in the collateral areas of our profession.

At US Architects, we have worked closely with contractors to create a simplified and efficient design and construction process for shell buildings. These building types are exactly what they sound like, and are created as a shell. The shell is strictly the foundation, exterior, roof, and only includes interior structure as needed for stability. The buildings generally hold large industrial businesses that need large open spaces with high ceilings and smaller amounts of finished space or multiple tenants that can finish out their individual spaces to fit their needs.
