Architecture & Conservation

Preliminary Meeting - Our first meeting is without charge and is a chance to meet each other and discuss the project, your budget, and our capabilities. A proposal for architectural services will then be prepared based on this meeting. Further meetings will outline what you need and desire for your project. Schematic Design Phase - We will show some rough solutions, giving you a chance to direct the project. Design Development Phase - We prepare scaled drawings showing the work to be done. You have a chance to select building materials, appliances, and to see how the buildings and rooms will look when complete.
