We've been improving quality of life through design since 1982 when our founder and principal architect, Gary W. Anderson, decided he wanted to change the trajectory of a community. His dedication to the revitalization of Rockford Illinois' downtown - honoring its unique architectural history while building spaces that met the community's needs for the future - was visionary. Where others saw abandoned properties, Gary saw possibility. That unique blend of determination, optimism, and realism has become the firm's calling card.
Our architects and designers use a team approach that is ever-evolving and always inspired to create innovative spaces based on a deep understanding of how people interact with their environments. Our passion lies in integrating original architectural features with our client's own design goals to produce customized architectural and interior elements that leave guests excited to return. The Grant Building is a ten-story historic structure located in downtown Atlanta. Built in 1898, the building was designed for office use and boasts an elaborate, detailed faade that resembles the Reliance building in downtown Chicago.
