Our business is structured differently, so we think differently: Gone is the assembly line process of the large corporate firm, GARNETT provides personalized services with a fully engaged team from project start to finish. GARNETT converted a 44th Floor office space to a spectacular high rise elevator transfer experience and tenant amenity space. Looking North across Chicago's downtown "Loop", the sophisticated design brings Spring to Chicago year round by incorporating an enormous two story green wall and a custom lighting fixture with columns of soft light suspended from the ceiling.
