This is one of the best contractors I have found in the Dayton area. They recently finished a 6600 square foot slate roof renovation for my historic bicentennial barn. Slate roofs and cathedral ceiling insulation are tricky on their own, but the combination is very complicated to pull off in a way.
We had a leaking roof in September due to torrential downpours and high winds and Zack of Apex was the only contractor that I called that night (a Friday night) that actually came to the house within 1 hour of my call. He was here on-site when our insurance adjuster was here, and he worked with us.
