Kaufman Residential Design, LLC was created by Karl Kaufman to specialize in the design of new homes, and for the renovation of existing homes. Karl has a degree in Residential Architectural Design and over 30 years of experience in the building industry. He helped establish and manage a well respected design service in the Green Bay area. That experience allowed him the pleasure of working with many home builders and home owners in the Green Bay-Fox Valley area. It also provided him with a great design background and has given him exposure to a wide variety of design styles and solutions.
We provide creative design solutions for residential construction in Northeast Wisconsin Communities. Those communties include Appleton-Fox Cities, Green Bay, Oshkosh, Manitowoc, Door County and Shawano. Green building practices are becoming more commonplace as interest in sustainability and energy conservation has moved into the mainstream. One of the keys to building an efficient home is doing the small things right. Better insulation and air sealing methods, high quality windows and doors and the latest in high efficiency heating and cooling units are just some of the way we can make gains. Taking care of the details is only part of the solution, we can also begin to incorporate the new technologies that have become available and continue to emerge.
