Jerad W. Stout established WADE Design Group in 2010 with focus on Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF) construction. Over time, the company grew to offer plans for framed homes with an emphasis on lean building. Working closely with clients to design a truly custom home is the motivation behind WADE Design Group. Jerad graduated from Oklahoma State University in Oklahoma City in 2010 with a degree in Engineering Services with CAD Emphasis. After college, he accepted an internship with BuildBlock ICF Systems as a Technical Assistant and later became the Director for Technical Services.
