We were tasked with a renovation and remodel of an existing ranch house in Lampasas, TX. (Note: The house was originally designed by Texas architect Franch Welch.) The team did a lot of "visual listening" to elicit solutions that honor and preserve the spirit of the original residence while upgrading finishes and updating and refining the plan geometry and adjacencies to maximize function and beauty. We sited the house to disappear into the landscape with a detached garage concealed with a sodded green roof and a basketball court.
Our project on Stratford Drive here in Austin is under construction. We are very excited about this project. Here is an updated, final rendering. Construction should be complete in early 2022.
