At TMA-CHA Architects, one of our latest projects is designing new lease space for MacArthur Marketplace. The shopping center is located along Interstate 635, just west of MacArthur Blvd in Irving, Texas. The additional 5,000 SF space will host two tenants, including Farm2Cook. The design will feature accent canopies over large window segments as well. We recently attended the grand opening of The Sinclair, a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel, in downtown Fort Worth. It was originally built in 1929, as an office space for the Sinclair Oil Company.
