Our firm has extensive retail experience in the design of new retail shell construction and renovation, as well as tenant interiors. Since 2009 we have been the Architects for the re-positioning of the Wonderland of the Americas Mall in San Antonio, where we have been involved in over 200,000 sf of tenant improvements, exterior renovations and planning for future development. We are experienced in the design of commercial office space and medical office space (including dental and family practice clinics), with projects ranging from 2,000 sf to approximately 15,000 sf in the Houston, San Antonio and Austin markets.
