E. A. Lyman Landscape Architects is a Utah based Landscape Architecture, Land Planning and Urban Design consulting service founded by Eric Lyman in 1988. Since that time, Eric and his team have consulted on a broad range of projects throughout the United States, Germany, Italy and Iceland. Our firm provides data, design, illustration and support services for Architects, Engineers, Planners, Developers and Land Owners; as well as Government and Institutional Agencies. E. A. Lyman is or has been involved in a variety of high profile projects including the Salt Lake City Federal Courts Building, Redwood Road Corridor Revitalization, The Huntsman Cancer Institute, Washington County Schools and Water Conservation District Offices.
Eric is a seasoned landscape architect with close to 30 years of experience. A Utah State University graduate, Eric worked for two different firms in the state before starting his own practice in 1988. Since that time, Eric's portfolio has grown to include numerous projects throughout the United States and beyond. Eric is dedicated to working with the client from schematic design through construction administration to ensure a quality end product. Despite his depth of experience, Eric is always looking for ways to improve the landscape, be it meeting with a manufactures to develop new products, or bringing various components into the office to build mock-ups.
