The Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) is our Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in the State of California. GM+A has over 30 years of experience working with OSHPD for various projects including new ground up skilled nursing facilities, ground up acute psych hospitals, and thousands of remodels throughout the state.
