To begin, the perspective client will request a consultation. This can take place at the office of Leo R. Katz Architect, at the client's home if it is a remodel or addition project, or on the client's raw property if it is a new construction project. The meeting will serve to discuss the project scope, feasibility and Leo's services. After the initial consultation, Leo will prepare a written proposal for architectural services, which outlines the scope of the project and describes specific services and fees.
