Our Eagle Creek Ct project is making steady progress. The custom limestone exterior has been installed beautifully, transforming the aesthetic. This limestone, alongside the cedar and hot rolled steel, creates a dynamic material palette full of texture and contrast.
Checking in on one of our remodels in Reno, also known as the York Residence. The goal with this remodel was to better take advantage of the expansive views available to the site. The addition opens up the living spaces towards the southwest and the available mountain vistas.

Located in the University area of Reno, NV, this mixed-use 220 unit podium project rises dramatically from the steeply sloping northern hills of the valley. With dramatic forms creating formal variation, light, and volume, this project will represent a progressive shift in typology and architecture.
From an office parking lot to high quality urban living in Downtown Reno, the High St. Townhomes are near completion. This project is a fun example of the limitless possibilities for Mixed-Use design in Reno's urban core. Several units have already been sold with residents preparing for the move in process.
