SRD Architects Inc. is an architectural firm founded by architects with over 30 years of experience in design, construction and management of large commercial, institutional and transportation projects. We have LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professionals on our team for projects seeking LEED certification. We are proactive leaders, self-motivating and possess skills of good planning and management practices. SRD Architects, Inc. is a California Corporation and has principal licensed in the State of California for the services offered.

SRD Architects Inc., Design and Project Management and Construction Management firm founded by licensed architects. We have been providing design services to VA Administration and also as needed Construction Project Management services to the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works for over five years. We have a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with Veterans Administration for architectural design services. We are on a team to provide Construction Project Management to Los Angeles Community College District.

SRD Architects Inc. provides Architectural Design and Construction Project Management Services for projects from inception to project acceptance. Our services start with preparation of needs assessment and architectural programming of building's functional requirements based on owners' needs, followed by preparation of Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents. We assist the owner in obtaining Jurisdictional Approvals, provide bid analysis and provide recommendation of the award of the Construction Contract.
