Not only do we bring passion-fueled vision to every project we undertake, we focus on listening well so we can understand the goals and desires of builders and developers and start a thoughtful conversation. We partnered with Eskaton, a 47-year-old not-for-profit senior services provider to create the new standard in residential home design. The culmination of this eight-year pro-bono project is Livable Design, a new definition for creating beautiful homes with enhanced value and longevity.
"Small" doesn't mean "confining," and The Mill at Broadway by Bardis Homes makes sure that much is obvious. Residents in this community enjoy open floor plans and plenty of outdoor space in addition to numerous community spaces, like a park and market. 👍
