Calpo Hom & Dong Architects, Inc. (CH&D) offers a full range of Architectural Services including Building Design, Master Planning, Interior Design, Design, Feasibility Studies, Space Planning, Facilities Management, Construction Administration, Historic Preservation and Consulting Services.

CH&D started in 1984 and now employs a total of nineteen staff members that includes Project Managers, Draft persons, Interior Designers, CADD Operators, Administrative staff and nine Licensed Architects: Rudy Calpo, Alan Hom, Dennis Dong, Loangle Newsome, Andy Kwong, Karin Rylander, Frank Bravo and Tony Meza. The size of the staff and office setting encourages close interaction, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth. We are a company that recognizes the importance of great design with client satisfaction.

With 30 years of experience in financial management, Ms. Haw oversees the business operations of Calpo Hom & Dong Architects, Inc. (CH&D). With her strong accounting background and comprehensive, overall knowledge of service industry requisites, she is able to successfully integrate clients' business needs with those of CH&D. From contract negotiation at the front end, to collection management throughout the project, Ms. Haw works closely with the architectural design staff to ensure all aspects of the project run smoothly and meet everyone's expectations.

Karl Chan has an extensive background of over 19 years of experience, successfully managing building owners' needs in Tenant Improvement projects from 1,000 to 360,000 square feet. These commercial, governmental, and state projects have required coordination between consultants, user groups, building owners, asset managers and general contractors. Karl provides a precise line of communication from the start of the preliminaries to the finished product.
