Thom Torvend & Associates was first established in Modesto, California in 1981 by Thom Torvend as a diversifeid architectural firm. Over the years the firm has produced a diverse body of projects. Hotels, Banks, Churches, Midrise Office buildings, Shopping centers, Manufacturing plants, Apartments and condominiums, Multi-family housing, and Custom residential. Many of our projects have received awards and have been featured in California Builder, Sunset magazine, and local newspapers. We are problem solvers.
