IwamotoScott Architecture is an award winning and internationally recognized architecture practice established in San Francisco by Lisa Iwamoto and Craig Scott in 2002. We create innovative designs at all scales - with work ranging from art installations to interiors to buildings to visionary cities. We rethink the constraints of the everyday to create unique architectural syntheses of program, site and material to make spaces that are functional, distinctive and beautiful. We spend more time on fewer projects to ensure engaging and original results.
SF YIMBY, with further local coverage of our 770 Woolsey project:
Local coverage of an IwamotoScott-de signed work in progress - 62 new homes on the ruins of a commercial flower growing operation. Density is increased while respecting the mostly single-family adjacent fabric, with a pedestrian muse and communal corner space carved out that preserves a piece of the site's past:
Thrilled and honored to be included among AN Interior's Top 50 interior firms of 2020!, alongside a great group of colleagues and friends selected as "the architects and designers from across the United States creating the most exciting interiors today":
Happy and honored to have our design for Goto House recognized among the AIA SF 2020 Design Awards winners - thank you to the great awards jury this year:https:// aiasf.org/ architecture/ design-awards/
