Q-Team and Cook's Tree Services merged in 2007 and now do business as one company. When you contact us, you will often be answered by a live person, Jan or Bobbie, your tree work will be quickly & honestly evaluated, and a fair price estimated by an experienced and Certified Maine Arborist (typically Adam, Aaron or Keith).

Q-Team carries both liability insurance and workman's compensation insurance, to protect you from liability for injured workers or excess property damage (and we can supply you with a certificate of proof). Your assets could be at risk by hiring any company who cannot supply a current certificate of both liability and worker's comp insurances, directly from an insurance carrier. Q-Team Tree Service has been serving Southwestern Maine for 35 years, and Cook's Tree Service has been around even longer.

Q-Team offers a full array of winter services from snow plowing, snow blowing, shoveling, and sanding to wood pellet delivery. These days, we seem to see snow mixed with ice more often than in the past. Ice, especially, will weigh a tree's branches down, sometimes to the breaking point. Pine branches, in particular, are susceptible to breaking under heavy ice and snow. Murphy's Law says that any pine branch that hangs over the roof of a house has a much higher likelihood of snapping under heavy ice and falling than a tree branch in the forest.
