Kevin began his career in tree work performing line clearance for a company known as Tree Preservation and soon after started to take on small tree jobs of his own. Since that time, the business has grown to be one of the best equipped and most diversified in the Berkshires.

This job was efficiently completed with our crane at it's max extension, 80′ away, along with our track lift which ensured the crew safety and preservation of the customer's lawn. We were happy to complete this job for the customer due to the risk it posed on their home, and multiple tree companies previously turned the job down further referring the customer to us.

Fertilizing trees provide increased vigor and help supplement nutrients that are often at deficient levels in the urban soil. We provide a liquid injection technique, providing trees immediately with water and essential nutrients while at the same time reducing soil compaction. Trees and shrubs can be fertilized anytime the ground is not frozen.

To complete the tree removal process, the tree stump can be ground to approximately 5-7 inches below grade to allow for the reseeding of grass. If a tree or shrub is desired in the same location, it is recommended to wait 2-3 years, as the soil may be too acidic. We coordinate with utility companies to locate all underground utilities before grinding.

Very large decayed Sugar Maple Tree removal in Blandford MA this week. Although the tree had a full canopy, there was only 4 inches of wood around the circumference of the tree. A beauty at one time, but a hazard now! This tree was over 6ft in diameter. These pictures come from a clients house in Lenox that had a large dead maple tree in close proximity to their house. Because of the close proximity of the house we used our crane and a tree climber to safely remove this tree in a piece meal fashion.
