I will develop a detailed description of your goals and needs, review the site and existing conditions, research the applicable zoning codes and planning department requirements and determine how they will affect your project. If the project is an addition or remodel, I will document the existing conditions during this phase. The drawings produced at this stage are detailed and contain detailed information that is required to obtain a building permit, obtain bids from General Contractors, and to provide the General Contractor with information to build the project.
