They recommend a plumber to do a small project at my home that took them 45 minutes from start to finish and was charged $408.00. I called the plumber and asked for a itemized bill and was told they could not give me one because of the agreement they had with J. Bowers Construction. I asked J. Bowers for an itemized bill and they would not give me one. I kept asking and told them I would pay as soon as I had the itemized bill so instead of getting me the bill they filed a Mechanic's Lien on my property. I am just glad I did not let their construction company into my home to do the work with this kind of ethic. The plumbing fiasco was bad enough.
J. Bowers handled the repair of our roof that was caused by storm damage, they worked with our insurance company to make sure all of the damage done was fixed and fully covered. We have had no issues since. They were very thorough and worked quickly. They checked the wood for water damage in our attic, repaired our upstairs ceilings in all spots with water damage and repainted. It was a very easy and pleasant experience and I would use them again!
01:20am today's date OFD dispatched to a possible structure fire, caller advised house filling with smoke.
