We offer free on-site estimates. Many prospective clients call to request a free estimate over the phone. Please understand that we cannot do this because there are simply too many variables to consider. For example, the location on the lot, tree size, obstacles such as fences, overhead wires, etc are all factors which influence a cost estimate. It is only possible to give an honest estimate by coming to your location. You will be called back as soon as possible to schedule an appointment for us to look at your work.
We offer emergency storm damage response. All of our efforts switch from our normal line of work to relieving as many emergency calls as possible. You may ask what constitutes an emergency? We consider all of these emergency situations. Our normal course of action is to address the immediate emergency and return as soon as possible to handle cleanup issues. Hopefully you will not find yourself in a storm damage situation, but if you do please call as soon as possible so that you needs can be addressed in the timeliest manner.
Stump grinding is the process of grinding a tree stump below the surface of the ground. The objective is to grind the stump low enough to allow the client to cover the hole with top soil and grass seed. Normally 6-8 inches below grade is sufficient for planting the area with grass seed. If the client wishes to have a tree replanted in the same location, the stump will need to be ground down to as deep as 2 feet.
