Chad Cordwin started a family operated custom sawmill during the early 90's and later incorporated as Cordwin Custom Sawmill in 2003. During that time, in response to customer requests, Chad also began offering full-service, professional tree care. Chad's commitment to caring for his clients and their trees is reflected by the Cordwin Tree Service team, continuous investment in professional training, meticulous equipment maintenance and having the latest in tree service equipment. The Cordwin Tree Service team has grown in many ways from its humble beginnings by adding over a dozen employees, including an Office Manager, Contract Management Coordinator, Project Coordinators, ISA Certified Arborist and Tree Risk Assessor (TRAQ), and Certified DOT Traffic Managers, along with other certified professionals as listed on our Credentials page.
